The images have a sad background, as they depict the state of my boyfriend Jochen Klein’s and my loft when I returned home alone after he died completely unexpectedly of an AIDS-related pneumonia. Not easy to express it in too touching a way. Could be left unmentioned, but on the other hand that’s what it is: the wardrobe of a dead young man.
